Book Your Shots plans and produces photography and video for products and fashion, food and restaurants, real estate and interiors, business events, professional headshots, brand content, and personal portraits and celebrations. Recurring or larger productions get a custom quote.

Travel is included within 20 miles of Totowa, NJ. Locations 20–30 miles away add $45 per visit, and New York State west of the Hudson (Rockland, Orange) adds $35. New York City and east of the Hudson (Westchester, Putnam) add $150 once per visit for travel, tolls and standard parking. Local NJ photography starts at $169 for one hour or $279 for two hours, with $110 per additional hour through seven hours. Filming starts at $179 for one hour, with $120 per additional hour through seven hours. NYC adds $150 once per visit. Photography includes the session, equipment and professionally edited images. As a guide, portrait, family and couple sessions deliver about 25–35 edited images per hour, events and celebrations about 40–60, and food shoots about 10–15 dishes or drinks per hour. Product shoots cover up to 15 final images per hour. RAW or unedited files are not included. Property packages have their own published image counts.

Hourly filming includes your original footage. Editing is priced up front: Reels from $99, brand films from $299, wedding highlight films from $599. Residential property video packages are different: they include the published edited video, licensed music and one consolidated revision round.

Residential listing packages are based on interior area, not recording hours. Up to 1,500 sq ft: up to 25 edited photos and an approximately 60-second film. 1,501–2,500: up to 30 photos and 60–90 seconds. 2,501–3,500: up to 35 photos and approximately 90 seconds. 3,501–5,000: up to 45 photos and 90–120 seconds. Product shoots take place at your location unless we agree in advance that you ship the products to our studio. Standard product photography is shot on a white background, or on a solid-color backdrop you supply. Each hour on location covers up to 15 final edited images, so the booking form sets the minimum duration from your image count. Lifestyle and styled scenes, models, props, multiple locations and video are quoted around your brief.

Yes. Choose Photo + video and describe both needs. The price adds the photography and filming hourly rates together, and video edits are added at their fixed prices. Residential property packages have their own combined rates. NYC travel is added once per visit.

No. A request does not reserve a date. We confirm availability and your total, then send your shoot confirmation once payment is received.

For most shoots, the full approved total is due after you accept your quote and before booking confirmation. Weddings are different: a 30% deposit holds your date and the balance is due 14 days before the wedding. No percentage platform service fee is added.

Online payment is not active in this preview. After the payment service is activated and your quote is approved, the checkout will display the approved amount and currency before you pay. We do not collect card numbers on this website.

Paid bookings can be paused with more than 24 hours’ notice and rescheduled to an available date within 4 months. The first reschedule is free if scope stays the same. Cancellation or change requests received within 24 hours, no-shows and paused bookings unused for 4 months forfeit the payment, subject to applicable law or an approved written exception. Delivery is digital only; prints, albums and USB drives are not included. Files are delivered through a private online download link that stays active for 30 days, so please download and back them up. Typical delivery times after the shoot: Photos: 3–5 business days. Reels: 5–7 business days. Business films: 7–10 business days. Wedding teaser: 7–10 days; wedding highlight film: 3–4 weeks; feature film: 4–6 weeks.

No. We deliver professionally edited images and, for video, your original footage or the edits you choose. RAW files are not included.

If our schedule allows, extra time on the day is billed at the same hourly rate in 30-minute steps. We always check with you before going over.

Yes. You can use your files for personal and commercial purposes, including your website, social media and paid ads. We may share selected work on our website and social media. If you would like your shoot kept private, choose "Keep my shoot private" when you book. Our photographers may not post your photos or videos anywhere.

Each edit includes licensed music and one revision round. Additional revision rounds are $49 each.

Yes, on request. A second photographer for weddings, drone footage and a second camera for interviews can be added to your quote. Drone footage is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot, where flying is allowed. Mention it in your brief and we will price it before you book.

The gift card page currently previews one-hour and two-hour photography gifts with NJ or NYC coverage. Purchase, payment and gift delivery are not yet active. A gift does not automatically reserve a shoot date.
