Prepare for the shoot date
Tell us when the items will be ready and when the images are needed. We agree a schedule for photography, any filming and editing before confirming production.
Set the visual treatment
Share references for backgrounds, styling and crops. We record the approved approach so the images follow the look agreed for your store or collection.
Choose where the items are photographed
We normally photograph at your location. Shipping items to our studio is possible by prior agreement. Models, props, styling and specialist requirements are quoted separately.

Send the item list
Include product counts, variations, views per item, background preferences and final file requirements. We confirm the location, scope and price with you.
Photograph the agreed views
We follow the approved shot list and visual references for your items or garments. Any filming, editing and review stages are included as specified in your quote.
Receive your collection files
The edited photographs and any agreed films are delivered in the formats listed for your store, listings or campaign. Delivery timing is confirmed before production.
